Hello,I have been using Surface Pro 7, Windows 10 (version 10.0.19045, Windows Home version 22H2) for serveral years, recently it freezes regularly particularly when I video-stream or take online video courses. This happens no matter I was using Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, I have to do a hard restart because the task manager is not responding. As shown in the images, there are "bubbles" appear on the top edge of screen and scroll pad is unresponsive but the touch screen function works fine. I have tried reset and update windows and install update drivers but this still happens. CPU usage
