Family Safety screen time not working

My brothers family safety screen time is not working. On the app it says how many actual hours he have used it but the computer itself thinks he have used almost all time. So when he saves time to do something he wanna do at a later time the same day so does he not have enough time. I have checked all permissions and common things to troubleshoot, and nothing helps.(Tried to have images here)ThanksGabriel a big brother
