KB5040527 is the culprit of causing Asrock polychrome to stop working properly so what you need to do is Uninstall the KB5040527 and restarting your pc but before you start doing things first open task Manager look for “ Windows Explorer” Right click it to restart it then then see if you get the “ Critical Error pop up” if it does retry the restarting the Windows Explorer within the task manager i just did this process and it works 100%yes ASrock polychrome was working before my pc updated this windows recent update but after it stopped once the update so i just uninstalled it and its workin
