My WIFI Icon goes to setting instead of available networks after click !

Hello, I have a problem with my wifi and i can't find a way through itWhen I click on wifi Icon it goes to Setting > Status ,instead of avilable networks :(I tried Network Rest, Wlan<Services & ... but :(Can anyone help me pleasethanks.
