I have a PIN set to login to Windows 10. It has not been an issue for years. Suddenly, when I start the computer, it appears to load everything up to the point where a wallpaper file is displayed with the date & time in the lower left hand corner. At this point, hitting the Enter key normally brings up a screen asking for my PIN, and I'm in business. Now, however, hitting the Enter key displays that screen for a microsecond then returns to the previous screen, (as many times as you want.) There are no active icons to click on, and the only thing I have been able to do from this point is a
