I can't not complete this update Error Code (0x80070643)

There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x80070643)I've tried everything running this this script in the CMD start %comspec% /c script.cmd. I've tried the net framework repair tool that didn't work either, I can't attach the logs it produced, but I do have them.
