Windows 10 secure boot feature does not appear or work

Good morning,We are facing the bellow issue.In our company we are stocking precision 3591 laptops. We are currently deploying image on them via sccm and deploy windows 10 22h2 version.When the secure boot option is enabled, laptop does not boot. We deployed one(I don't remember if the secure boot was enabled) and when we navigate to the boot configuration tab on bios the secure boot option does not appear.
