Why is dcprocmon.exe, runtimebroker.exe, and winsat.exe keep trying to access my protected folders?

Randomly these three files are trying to do something on my protected folders with windows security. runtimebroker.exe was trying to access my picturesdcprocmon.exe was trying to access my documentswinsat.exe was trying to access \device\harddiskvolume3This randomly started happening yesterday and is still happening today.All of this in one day? There where more then just one for each block.
