I renamed utilman.exe to utilman1.exe, and cmd.exe to utilman.exe as per this video, in order to change the password of my local account after losing access following a bios update. This worked and I was able to regain access to my account, however I now find myself unable to reverse this change. I have tried what the video shows (going into Troubleshoot -> Command prompt on restart), and I get the error that the file couldn't be found. I've attempted to do it with an Administrator Powershell terminal, and it fails due to permissions. I found a guide online that involves enabling powershell
