Focus lost and suggested solution for most people

I felt I had to write this topic, to help several people who have this issue, since I never found myself this solution anywhere but ended to this combining various factors. I am sure some people will solve their issue too here. I have found the cause of losing focus during fullscreen apps and games, is several tasks set to run update checks at specific hours, especially in afternoon, so what you have to do first, is to search for «task scheduler» and open it.
