How to disable Killer software? Its no longer supported and its causing BSODs

Here is my Autoruns64 screenshot i got by following this question that never finished:Redirecting viewer tells me that Killer Provider Data Helper Service & xTendUtility Service keeps getting terminated unexpectedly and i think its causing memory leakspls help
