I've out of the blue had the problem of adobe premiere pro crashing on the splash screen, this happens before I can use the app itself. Because of this, I've been trying to download older versions to try and see if they would work but still no luck. I have updated the versions of Visual C++ for 2005, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2013, and 2015-2022. I've reset the preferences for all version, uninstalled all plug-ins, cleared my media cache, uninstall and tried reinstalling (as originally referenced), DISM Image repair, and updated drivers.
