I'm having trouble with middle clicking.

I'm on the a Lenovo and I'm trying to middle click with my touchpad for a game, but tapping the scroll wheel with 3 fingers doesn't work. And I also click the left and right mouse button at the same time. But nothing worked. And if you ask, I have no middle click button.
