How to remove duplicate or old Android devices from Phone Link App?

I am facing a strange issue of my old or duplicate Android devices getting back in "Phone Link" app without getting added and there is no absolute way to remove them. I did extensive troubleshoot on removal, but nothing helped, I even wiped my Microsoft Windows 11 and did a fresh install.How to produce it?1. Use latest Windows 11 build.2. Link with your Microsoft account.3. Go to Settings -> "Bluetooth and Devices" -> "Mobile Devices" -> "Phone Link"4. Add mobile device (Android).5.
