We have a laptop wiped and re-enrolled in Intune that was still featuring Windows 11 22H2. It's part of a group assigned to a Windows update ring policy that pushes for 23H2. Shortly after the OS has been provisioned with Windows Autopilot, Windows Update sure enough listed 23H2 for download and installation. However, the update attempt ended in error.Checking with SFC and DISM revealed there were some corruption in the component store.
