Hi all, I have a ghost story here. I have a laptop only one year old MSI GL65 95EK , Intel Core i7-9750H 2.60 GHz, 16 GB RAM, 500 GB Samsung SSD and 6 gb Nvidia 2060 dedicated graphics card, WIndows 11 Pro v. 23H2 . Everything was working perfectly until it started not recognizing the video card. If I go into device manager in fact only the integrated Intel card is shown while the nvidia is only shown when I set “show hidden devices”. If I open the nvidia control panel I get an error pop up “NVIDIA screen settings are not available. No nvidia graphics have been detected in the system.”Things I
