my usb 3.0 asix 1 gbit (ax88179) ethernet adapter is not working well. if I put type c on one side, it works, but it works with a maximum speed of 340 for downloading and uploading. and if I insert it with the other side, the error "usb device is not recognized" pops up, and the device does not work. moreover, on Linux, everything works fine on this device, it doesn't matter which side I insert type c, it consistently outputs 980mbps for downloading and downloading. I think the problem is in the usb driver (but they are all the latest version) or in some kind of usb power limitation on Windows
