Two Windows folders at C drive, different sizes, same amount of items

Hi there,After checking notifications, I saw system defender showing me some trojan at C:\Windows \System32\printui.dll and that is quarantined then took action to remove it. Now it came to my attention that I have 2 windows folders, same names, different sizes (one has 20ish GBs other one 62kb), below it stands that both of them have same amount of items but when I look in properties and general it says otherwise. I scanned with win defender offline, scanned that small folder twice and nothing. Should I delete that small one, am I safe?
