I downloaded a video that Windows Media Player says is 2 seconds long. However, after the 2 seconds have 'finished' the video continues to play the normal length (6 minutes +). I cannot skip ahead or backwards on the video. I have tried opening the video with the Film & TV and Microsoft Clipchamp apps, but they have the same issue. The windows media player is the 11.2406.13.0 version with no available updates. I tried resetting the media player but the issue remains.I have updated my Windows 10 software to the latest possible version and the issue remains.
