I cant restore and log into my microsoft account.

I got logged out of my microsoft account yesterday. I cant log into it, it says that theres no account with this gmail and then if i press create new one it says theres already a account with this gmail. Then the gmail has changed to a outlook one somehow. And if i go to the family app it says the new gmail and if i put the new email to log in i dont have the same password and i cant send code too beacouse it goes to a outlook one that i dont have. Also i have minecraft on that account and i would like to get it back.
