Locked out of laptop via Bitlocker

My shut my laptop down earlier, and when I reopened it I’ve been in a loop for trying to access bitlocker.To my knowledge, no email I use has been attached to bit locker and both emails I use show no code.How can I get back into my laptop? It is an ASUS VivoBook Flip 14.It’s essential I do as it has very important documents relating to my career and it isn’t an option for me to lose them, and I’ll need access to files this week for work with clients.
