how do i stop my pc from crashing everytime i run a game?

everytime i go to run a game it runs for a little bit and then crashes and gives me BSOD, usually it says something like IRQL_NOT_GREATER_OR_EQUAL , IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL , KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED , SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXECPTION , KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED , UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP, BAD_POOL_HEADER, PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. ive already tried checking my drivers through device manager and have ran a sfc scan through command prompt. any thoughts on what to do?
