I have a Windows 10 and I've been trying for the past four hours to fix this issue but anytime I try to open basic apps like settings, it just won't open. Microsoft Edge still works, but that's about it. The screenshot snipping tool doesn't even work...I can't open my settings and when I try to, it says "File System error (-2147219196)", so I'm not able to try to fix it with anything that includes settings. I've tried reinstalling my microsoft apps using the command prompt but it keeps telling me that my windows firewall is turned off, and anytime I try to turn it back on, it tell me that "Def
