Loading os from ssd but not from hdd

I had a hard disk on my pc where windows 10 was installed and it worked.today i added ssd where also windows 10 was installed. Now my pc is booting from ssd but no booting file in hdd.Cant load os from hdd.i want to load os from both device individually.what i can do?
