PC lags after first boot of the day

My PC lags after first boot of the day (or just first in a few hours) but it stops after i restart it. I have updated GPU drivers. I have recentlu updated the system. Checked all the cables. I don't really want to hard reset it but if needed I can do it.I also tried cmd command: sfc /scannow and it says that everything's fineMy pc:RTX 4060ti 16GBRyzen 7 5800X32GB 3200MHz CL16650W PSUWindows 10 Home
