Hello,I have for the last week run into an issue where a Window pops up on my screen for a split second and disappears. This occasionally interferes with another window that I have open that I am working on. It happens on average probably once or twice every 5 minutes. I have tried to identify what process this is without avail. It does not seem that it is a program that is open in the background to my knowledge. I have also run several different antivirus/antimalware applications (Defender, Malwarebytes, etc) that have found no issues. I have used Event Viewer to see if I can identify what th
