Outlook account is locked

I created an outlook account for a new computer I'm trying to set up. I've been locked out, why, I don't know. But the only way to get back in is to get a code by text. I don't have text. Is there a phone number I could call? there's got to be another way other than texting. Please let me know. Thank you.
