Microsoft Store Sign in Problem

I have had this problem for a 3 years, just a year after buying Windows 10.An old problem(Auto fixed after reinstalling store):- After entering my email and pass(all correct) it dosent do anything.New Problem:- Whenever I go to the Microsoft store and click sign in nothing happens the pop-up goes away. Is there any fix?
