I received a message from Microsoft saying a threat is detected and to call Microsoft. My computer is blocked. The number they say to call is 1-855-51

I received a message on my computer has been blocked by Microsoft because of a detected threat. The number they gave for me to call is 1-855-518-3290. Is this legitimate & how do I unblock my computer
