I'm trying to open OneDrive and it keeps saying "something went wrong, Relaunch. But it still doesn't work.

I'm truing to setup OneDrive on my laptop computer with Windows 10. I go to the Microsoft Store and download it and install it. When I try to open it, something goes wrong and it gives me a relaunch button but it still won't open.

I disconnected OneDrive and deleted it, but it is still shown in File Explorer w/ some current files. I want to permanently delete One Drive.
