Desktop is using both iGPU and dGPU at the same time for games, dont know how to stop this.

Hello hello!Recently I moved to a new motherboard in order to fit in a new graphics card while keeping the old one; system specifications posted below.Upon the dust settling after getting everything moved I noted a very peculiar thing, my computer uses its integrated graphics and dedicated graphics to run an application or game.It tries, I think, to distribute the load semi-evenly across both my preferred graphics card and the integrated graphics.~Problem is this causes my CPU to casually reach 100% causing my computer to come to a crawl.This is not a laptop and I do not have nVidia Optimus so
