Hello, I have two Canon cameras that I am plugging into two computers with Win 10.1. Canon xc15 is not being properly recognized.a. When I plug it in with the usb cable, a message came up giving me a choice of what to do with this device. I chose to view with windows explorer. b. The camera is detected and shows up in windows explorer for about 3 seconds and then it disappears.c. With Device Manager open, and when I plug in the camera, I see it Portable Devices appear in the list of devices. However, after about 2 seconds, it disappears, just as it does in Windows explorer.d. the same thing
