WHY MY STORE AND MY STORE APPS KEEP CRASHING OR WONT LOAD?

MY STORE apps and store has problem i tried everything including resetting in setting, reinstalling on powershell, and EVEN TRIED WSRESET.exe and also didnt work AND checked for updates and nothing seems to help what i do now? im using windows 10 proPC SPECS:an 2012 old hp pc with damn core 2 duo and 8gb of ram and also an ssd
