hi can you help me because when I tried to open my pc after 2 to 3 weeks it was not opening and it got stuk at welcome screen and when i clicked at the screen i entered the area where we use to enter my password but it was not showing the password box to enter password.and also i have tried all the solutions given on this website but nothing works like when i use to enter in my pc with safe mode or all the other options provided it fails and when i tried to reset my pc but an errro occurs and when i used the commands to fix this all some commands worked and some commands doesn’t worked and not
