selenium web driver fails to install

I made blank windows phone app with visual studio 2015.I installed with NUGET package manager selenium web driver.It fails to show up in references.It fails to understandusing OpenQA.Selenium.Appium;using OpenQA.Selenium.Appium.Windows;It cannot find OpenQA even after I installed selenium.What to do to run selenium web driver correctly?
