Hello, I have a Microsoft surface laptop and a few days ago while I was working on it, it completely froze for a while. It froze until it died and after it died it showed me the dead or no battery screen once for a quick flash. After that it quickly shut off and the screen changed to just completely black. Now the screen is still completely black. I've tried draining the battery for 30 seconds and connecting it again, (I know the battery works because when I plug it in the charger still lights up whenever it is connected.)
