Hello. I have reviewed the post for assistance but no luck. My computer updated a few days ago and I was sure I was good. Today, after spending an hour on my computer and using word… it froze while making a save on my document. Since then, it has been on the white screen of death upon starting (unfreezing) again. I am not sure what is going on with it. I have McAfee anitivirus software and periodically clean my files/cookies. Any assistance is appreciated. Screen has been white for 20ish minutes.
