My laptop recently has been intermittently restarting itself suddenly without warning without a BSOD nor a minidump file. And other times it stutters for a few seconds (screen freezes and sound stutters) before fixing itself. I have checked using windows defender and have found no viruses. The core temps and such also seem to not be the problem as they seem pretty normal. I have also tried using the "sfc /scannow" and "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth" commands which do sometimes find and fix some stuff but other times they come up empty handed and don't seem to fix the issue.
