I am writing to seek assistance regarding a persistent issue I am experiencing with my HP Envy laptop. For the past few weeks, my device has been randomly freezing and, just few seconds, it goes to a black screen.The freezing occurrences are often unpredictable and can happen while performing various tasks, such as browsing the internet, watching videos, or even during basic document editing.
