Windows 10 Ver 22H2 Is there a way to fix jpg file created date to automatically be the date taken?

I'm currently running Windows 10 Version 22H2 (Build 19045.4651) on a laptop that's at end of life as it cannot upgrade to 11.I have found that windows changes the dates of all my iphone pictures to the date I uploaded them to the laptop and I cannot change them back to date taken even though that info is there. Is there a 3rd party software i can use to do this or am i hooped?Thanks
