Can't remove old work account from Microsoft

If I click in the search bar (green 1 in the image below), then my account image (green 2) I can see I have a few work and 1 personal Microsoft account (P1 in the image below). Work accounts are numbered W1, W2, W3. I no longer have the logins for account W2 and want to remove it.So, following instructions, I click "Manage accounts" (Green 3).This opens up Accounts >Email & accounts, however I can only see my personal account, (P1 in the image below), and then work accounts (W1 & W3 in the image below).I have read quite a few suggestions and have deleted lots of Windows Credentials
