Sleep/Shutdown Issue, t14 gen2 Ryzen 7 pro , win 10 22h2

on windows 10 , s3 sleep mode, when laptop either goes into sleep or i try to shutdown fans go on full blast and i must hard reset to wake to device up/use the damn thing. So far ive reinstalled windows , nothing changed . have not installed optional updates this time ,same condition.
