my computer keeps freezing when i try to turn it on

when I try to turn on my pc (alienware) it gets to the Automatic Repair "your pc did not start correctly" screen and when i press restart it starts loading and freezes almost immediately. nothing I have tried has worked. I recently had someone upgrade my harddrive to an ssd and they made it work for a short time but its broken again.
