Deleted my partition key. Cant get into the computer at all.

I think i deleted my partition keys last night. When I go to CMD and try any bootrec, It says there is absolutely nothing there. Can’t find my hard drive in bios either. I can put usb in for windows and try and install but it has nowhere to install too. The only thing getting to Winre is the only thing I can do along with bios. I don’t have another computer, is my only option to buy a new hard drive?
