Stuck in safe mode with a black screen.

I noticed that I had a RAT (Remote Access Troja recently in my pc, I went to boot up my pc into safe mode but the screen was black and the pc was unresponsive. I tried rebooting the pc by holding the power button for 10 or like 40 seconds, turning it back off and on, still no luck. Now everytime i boot up the pc it starts in safe mode, any help?
