how can i fix this? cant reinstall amd display driver on display manager

i have a windows update suddenly removed my existing display driver. i thaught installing it again would fix it. but i cant. im using lenovo Legion 5 and my processor is AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics 3.20 GHz. thank you!
