I have just bought a new Dell laptop for my son. In the early stages of set-up, I elected that the device was going to be used by a child. The gmail address / Microsoft account that I associated him with is my own. On hitting the "parental consent" screen, I am finding I am in a continuous loop and can't move forward. I have tried setting up a new Microsoft account with a different email address and consenting using that, but this doesn't work. As it is a brand new laptop, it is not even set up enough for me to have someone remote in or for me to do a hard reset! I've tried restarting and the
