I can't access MY PC because MS won't let me sign into my MS account without an internet connection. I get no Internet options to connect to. How do I

Windows 10 I think. My PC says it's in flight mode for some unknown reason as I did not select this before.I can get to the sign in screen but the only options in the bottom right corner are :-1. the internet symbol but says no connection and shows flight mode symbol.2. the Ease of access symbol3. Power symbolI've tried right clicking on the internet symbol, the flight mode symbol and where it says "Network 3. No Internet" but get no options to connect.There seems to be no other options to access settings/Windows or anything other than the MS account sign in screen.Ive tried restarting with SH
