Windows Temp Again Again

Last topic died without an answer to a followup question. Here it is:C:/Windows/Temp is filling up with event logs. Judging by the times, I would say it is doing it while the machine is idle. They are event logs.Microsoft-Windows-AppReadiness_Admin_*.evtxMicrosoft-Windows-AppXDeploymentServer_Operational_*.evtxMicrosoft-Windows-AppXPackaging_Operational_*.evtxMicrosoft-Windows-SettingSync_Operational_*.evtxMicrosoft-Windows-StateRepository_Operational_*.evtx....Why are these in C:/Windows/Temp?
