Hey there!I got my computer fixed after the motherboard fried. The guy told me the PIN wouldn’t work and that I would need to reset it. Unfortunately, however, I don’t have access to the phone number on file anymore. I signed in to the website on my phone with my email, and it asked to verify my identity via text to that old number. I tried logging in with the phone number, hoping to be prompted to receive an email to verify, but only the old number popped up. I created a new account on my phone, but I cannot log in to my computer without changing my PIN on the old account using the old phone
